i have wrote an icp client, more advanced one that exists already.
the client is written in ruby and i am planning to write an ICP server
that will serve as an icp daemon on webserver to communicate with
reverse proxy and clusters.
on the way i am planning to implement a HTCP client that will support
more then just CLR method but also others.
