Squid 3.3 has been branched

I am happy to report the 3.HEAD (trunk) code has now been branched to 
create squid-3.3 series.

The version number is 3.3.0.0 and snapshots will be available in a few 
hours, rsync should be available shortly afterward. We now need to 
complete the release notes documentation before a formal 3.3.0.1 beta 
release package is made.

3.HEAD (trunk) is now open for commits of features towards 3.4 series. 
The release date for 3.4 branching will be determined by feature 
submissions and hopefully no later than March 2013.
