A good UNIX based tool which will do stats per user in HTML giving sites visited and amounts downloaded is sqmgrlog by Pedro L Orso. The site for this is at http://www.orso.x5.net/

The new version of Webtrends Professional supports Squid log files in
    native format. ( http://www.webtrands.com )

I have been running it for a few days, and it gives me a lot of
information, graphs tables etc all in HTML

The only problem is that it runs on NT!
