Problems with Squid 2.1
Hello,
i have difficulties getting squid (any version as it seems) to work under mklinux dr3
or linuxppc r4 (which are both kind of a RH 5.0 equiv.). It compiles okay but when i
run it, squid dies with a segment violation, although i can create the cache
directories with no problems. I have tried nearly ervery version from 1.1.2 to 2.2 but
i had no luck with any of them. I have provided the cache.log as an attachement.
Maybe anyone can figure out what is wrong there.
My guess qould be, that the configure script isn�t able to figure out the kind of
linux system, while it says "checking host system type... powerpc-unknown-linux-gnu".
