One of the errors in the 2.2.PRE1 distribution is that snmp_access is in
squid.conf even if SNMP hasn't been enabled when building Squid.
There are however a number of other errors, so you should not run
2.2.PRE1 other than for testing. It is defenitely not a production
quality release (it is a PRE-release of the upcoming 2.2 version).
