Don't be worried. the _vti_bin are temporary files created by FrontPage or
VisualStudio  that doesn't be linked at all (only by mistake). By default I
delete all _vti_xxxx/ directory created by this programs on may explotation
web servers (of course are useful on a development machine, but only on that
case, and only under control of that's programs, nor to be linkable objects)

In this case I supose is a generated .dll from that forms o similar else.
