Squid has its own customisable error pages.
Error pages have a trailing messages like:
 Generated Fri, 26 Feb 1999 07:00:28 GMT by proxy (Squid/2.2.DEVEL3) 
Is it possible to disable this message?
Is it possible to display time in local not in GMT?
