TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT

Is it possible to force a TCP_MISS on a certain request?  The ``no_cache''
configuration parameter apparently has no effect, I end up with
TCP_NEGATIVE_HITs in the access log, which AFAIK means ``was in the cache
but does not exist.''  How can I force it to _never_ end up in the cache?
