Squid proxy + Antivirus?

Hi there,

I use squid as standalone caching proxy;
is there a way to automatically invoke an antivirus program 
(UNIX version like McAfee or VFind), for pages that Squid passes? 
If a solution for unpacking zip, tar etc. already exists all
my problems would be solved :-)
