Restricting IP's to specific WEB sites.

Using Squid-1.1, is it possible to restrict different IP addresses
to accessing certain WEB sites? For example,
 
        secretary-ipaddr can only access www.oursite.com
        developer-ipaddr can access www.mickeysoft.com and www.linux.org
        manager-ipaddr can access all sites

I'm sure this is in the docs or WEB site somewhere, but I can't find it.
