Problems accessing a certain site through squid

Is it just me or does the following url not work through squid?

http://www.vetmed.vt.edu/

It is a WebSTAR 3.0.2 server.  I am unable to access it through squid
2.1p2 or 2.2dev3.  I can access through other (older) WebSTAR servers.
