req help with wget error msg

Hi,

Could someone please explain the below error message produced by wget.

Connecting to 127.0.0.1:3128... connected!
HTTP proxy request sent, fetching headers... done.
21:54:23 ERROR 400: Cache Detected Error.  

Who produces the above error message?  Is it an http error message or perhaps a
squid error message?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
