If you are making a strange multilevel transparent proxy setup then
configure the load balancing server as a HTTP parent to Squid (assuming
it knows how to handle proxy requests as well as transparent proxying).
If you are building a HTTP server accelerator, then httpd_accel_port can
be set to whatever port you want.
