FTP Client

Hello
My question is :
I have a Red Hat Linux that runs proxy Squid and some users need
trasnf. and reciev. files to internet ( FTP put, FTP get) trought the proxy
with 95/NT Clients.
        I trie with CUTEFTP and WS_FTP but I can�t . ( Compile also Squid
with ftpState=0 ) 
Need a FTP Proxy server, at the moment ?
Any idea ?
