If you are into running unstable prereleases / development snapshots,
then at least try using the latest and greatest (currently 2.2.DEVEL3).
Or if you have a production system and prefer stability then downgrade
to the latest official stable release (2.1.PATCH2+patch).
Stable releases are RELEASE and PATCHn releases, where PATCHn is
bugfixes to bugs found after making the RELEASE version.
When Squid 2.2 can be regarded as stable a 2.2.RELEASE version will be
made. 2.2.DEVEL3 (or any earlier Squid 2.2 prerelease) is NOT stable.
