hmmm....i am running squid 2.1 Release with a 1GB cache...128mb RAM, with
RH5.2 kernel 2.2.2 (with 1024 filedescriptors). It seems the problem i am
having is everytime a user goes to www.nytimes.com and clicks on a link on
the left hand side of the page a message comes back saying:

---------------------
The requested URl could not be retrieved

while trying to receive the URL: http://www.nytimes.com/yr/mo/day/tech

The following error was encountered

Zero Size Repl

Squid did not receive any data for this request

---------------------

The message in squid's access.log is:
922295816.500 1730 137.140.1.90 TCP_MISS/503 931 GET
http://www.nytimes.com/yr/mo/day/tech - DIRECT/www.nytimes.com -

---------------------

I though this could be cache related so i changed the cache size...and
rebooted the machine...with no luck.

How can this problem be fixed....i didn't see it in the FAQ/users manual.
Is this a known bug? config problem?

TIA

-andrew
