Netscape to Squid migration

Good day,

Just wondering if anyone has migrated from netscape proxy to squid?  
Looking for a way to migrate 100+ users from the dbm auth file to 
a squid auth file.   

Minor question -- would the standard netscape proxy.pac file work with
squid?
