Proxy autentification in squid2.1patch2

Hello Squid-users,

  I have troubles with proxy autenticate.
  In squid-1.beta22 there was acl-type user,
  there was a posibility to create two groups of users:

  acl good_guys user one,two,three
  acl bad_duys  user four,six,seven

  http_access allow good_guys
  http_access deny bad_guys

  Is there any kind of options to do same things in 2.1patch2?
