AFAIK when you use these two together, junkbuster proxies squid and the
clients have to be configured to talk to junkbuster on :8000 (or
whatever).

Unfortunately, this is the opposite behavior one wants, since it turns
squid into nothing more than a cache.  Is there any way to get these two
programs to wok together properly (i.e., use squid as proxy)?  It sure
is a nice combination.
