squid always_direct ACLs and digests ?

Hi there,

I am tryying to convince my squid-2 that runs on port 80 to 
fetch Urls from all adresses in our 5 local subnets directly.
In the moment it seems to fetch them from our outside parent.

As soon as I configure this using always_direct and never_direct
directives I cannot fetch a cache_digest from my parent
(which is outside our local networks).

What is the right combination of these always/never_direct ACLS.
