Upgrade to Squid 2.X.
Quick fix for Squid 1.1.21 provided that the cache corruption is
introduced in that Squid and not one of it's neigbors is to shut down
Squid, remove the cache/log-last-lastclean file, and start Squid again
and let it start without to much user activity.
