Acrobat deliberately issues byte range requests to enable it to 
display an initial screen without reading the whole file.  There 
should be no x- in the media type.  Squid 2.0pl2 has 
multipart/byteranges in the source, but not x-byteranges.

Conclusions:  the server is broken.
