I'm running a seriously low-rent implementation of squid, running a cache for four computers in a home network (more for my own education than any other reason; performance gains are negligible, IMHO). I have noticed one issue..when accessing pages that perform some sort of plug-in check (the example I've found the easiest to reproduce is www.macromedia.com, which looks for Flash), the check fails, and the Flash content is never delivered.
