Ooopsy 8-O You are right, the central file purge.cc was missing from the
"dist" target in the Makefile. I adjusted the source page, distribution,
and added the "developer" distribution with the source tree. Thank you for
mentioning this bug. Also downloaded the material from the website, and
compiled it on my Indy. Now it should be complete.
