Mac users and transparent

Are there any known issues regarding transparent proxying and Mac
computers? I've had our squid server and cisco router doing transparent
proxying for about 5 days. The only problem I've had is several customers
dialing in with Mac computers. They connect to us just fine but cannot
access any websites. They all claim they connect to the site yet no data is
transfered. Anyone run into this before?
