I see the default is 8Mb, but other than trial and error, is there a
recommended setting for this ? ie, with a larger/busier cache, what should
I be looking to set this to?

Also, what would count as a 'loaded' cache server for the purposes of
using async-io? I'm not wanting to upgrade to glibc to play with async-io
unless it will be worthwhile.
