Bandwidth dividing

Dear Squid Users,

Please let me know that if there are any options in squid in which we can
specify the bandwidth it should use.
Let us consider that there is an 1 Mbps dedicated Internet link.  Which I
want to divide for various services, let's say 500 Kbps purely for ftp and
500 Kbps purely for http.
