Our objective is to fill distant caches by using
multicast.
We use a software developped in Java and Squid.
The Netscape which fills the caches has his proxy server
which is the WebConf (soft Java) and the proxy server
of the Webconf is the Squid.
The distant cache fills itself all right BUT !!!
it caches the URL :
http://localhost:8264/|http://www.altavista.com
instead of
http://www.altavista.com
because the port 8264 is the port of our proxy Java App.
Any idea ??
