Hi, Using squid 1.x I was able to restrict access to the WWW by username using squid but I can't for the life of me workout how to do it in 2.x I am currently authenticating cache access successfully, but I now need to use that username in 'rules'. Essentially I need to restrict access for two users so that they can only do stuff during certain times. in 1.x I would have done acl name user fred acl time1 time 10:00-12:00 http_access allow name time1 http_access deny however, in 2.x the user acl barfs at me. I've tried using the ident acl but that doesn't give me the username that yhe person used to authenticate. Can someone help me restrict access by username.
