But don't do this unless you understand exactly why the restriction
are there in the first place, and, in particular, don't do it if any
users of your cache are not allowed to make arbitrary direct TCP
connections to net, or if any of your users might want to blame your
cache machine for a connection they have made (e.g. they CONNECT to
port 25 to issues spam mail as though from your cache).
