Why doesn't cookies work?

Hello Squid Users,

    I am running Squid 2.1patch2 on Linux RedHat 5.1 with kernel
    2.0.36, i've applied a patch for correct acl work (if it matters).
    We use proxy_auth acl's.
    Often users get messages from sites like www.microsoft.com, or
    www.hotmail.com "Cookies are disabled in your browser", but they
    doesn't! How can I work it out?
