2.2.STABLE1 ACL death

Source inspection suggests to me that ACL types
  ACL_DST_DOM_REGEX
  ACL_SRC_DOM_REGEX
  ACL_NETDB_SRC_RTT
aren't handled in aclDestroyAcls (at least in 2.2.DEVEL4, I assume this is
the problem reported in 2.2.STABE1).

I think the first two should simply added as cases above aclDestroyRegexList
and the last one as a case to intlistDestroy.

Similarly aclDumpGeneric needs to handle them.
