FTP Client setup

I've succesfully (or so I like to believe) set up squid 2.2.STABLE1 it 
works very well on HTTP requests but as most of our users frequently use 
FTP Clients, such as CuteFTP for Win32, to download files
. Is it possible to setup squid to serve the ftp clients? I'd be 
very grateful for how to setup the client also (or where I might find info 
on how-to)
