two transparent proxies

HI!

I have a technical questions about transparent proxies, the idea is been
put two transparent proxies behind the router, but en the FAQ only show
me a unique IP for the proxy, the structure will be like this

Does any one a solution? exist a "special" configurarion in the squid
for that solution?
