AIUI, your Squid binary was build against buggy openssl library
(1.0.1d or
1.0.1e). How did you get the binary?
I build them with libressl.
The configure script detected that function SSL_get_certificate() is
broken in your SSL library (you can check it in config.log). Can you
upgrade the library and rebuild Squid?
