Thanks Amos for your answer. Our problem is that we have a proxy chain (remote peer is squid-2.6) where the ntlm authentication on remote site is working with 3.4.9-20141203-r13193 but after upgrade doesn't work. We have just test with login=PASSTHRU but without positive result. We are using the same squid.conf configuration for 3.4.9 and 3.5.21. What is it changed about ntlm ?
