This is *v7.2*(!) - which works a bit better then v7.1. Redirecting in
v7.1 wasn't working at all...
So I have the same question. Does 'anyone' has an idea what is happening
here and how to solve it?

squid passes url to url_rewrite_program
I can see in this program log that it works, but squid does not redirect
and just processes original request and passes it's result to user.
There is no changes decribed in manual
