from version 4.x,
Like most Squid wiki pages, that page contents did not go through a
proper Squid Project review process. There are probably a few mistakes
there. Fixes welcome at
https://github.com/squid-cache/squid-cache.github.io/pulls
but I couldn't find any mentions of it in the latest
source code/documentation.
Neither could I. Squid supports Cache-Status (RFC 9211).
