I have compiled squid-2.5Stable1 on a Redhat linux 7.1 box ... I am running delay pools, but seem to use mauch more bandwidth than before ... I have a 1Mbit line for surfing and email, but have limited it to 768Kb, which works.
I do have a parent cache setup too. I graph my server with mrtg from snmp out from squid. My ethernet traffic through my firewall says it is using 768kb max and snmp on squid says server traffic is 4.5Mbits/min and http traffic is around 200-300kb/min What am I doing wrong ?
