Not that I know of, but I have to admit that I haven't used Squid-2.4 much..
Try upgrading to Squid-2.5 just in case. There is no reason to use Squid-2.4 any more, and even if you do prove there is a bug you most likely won't see a fix for it unless the same bug exists in 2.5.
