However, when I click on the patch link he supplies, I get a file that contains the following:

Patch does not understand this.I assume I need to go to a CVS repository and issue a diff command in some way. I would appreciate
someone telling me how to do this.
If You have CVS, simply download with it the nt-2_3 branch. But, why You want download an old, no more supported and buggy source ? Download the 2.5 version instead.
