After searching a time, I found them on:   
ftp://ftp.nhl.nl/pub/unix/squid/tools/
I suppose that the project has stopped...but I'm not sure of it..
Maybe Henrik can be so kind to place it on the Squid page? :)
If we ask it all very nice :)
