Oh, that is probably quite easy. Some clever people have worked out that you can bypass porn/undesired content filters by plugging the right words into google and then surfing the cached pages. You get to see most of the content but unless the search criteria are logged there is nothing in the logs to show you have done anything that is against the stated policy.
