I'm sorry, but you are wrong.
Our telecom operator use NAT to let us access to the Web !!!
When I check the url, my private ip address appear on my web browser.
Normally, it should not !!!!
When I check with an other Proxy, the official NAT IP address appears,
that
It's correct !!!
So ???
Best regards.

This is the wrong list to ask the question, but the answer is to use IP
Masquerading or NAT, if your using Linux which I assume u are, it comes
bundled in the kernel, configure with iptables, you can find many
examples
on the net, google for iptables
