[squid-users] What is the meaning of the following message?

Hi,

I'm getting the following line occasionally in my cache.log:

squidaio_queue_request: WARNING - Queue congestion

What does it mean, and is it something I should be worrying about?

I'm running squid compiled with --enable-async-io on SuSE 7.2. My cache 
partitions are formatted as ext2.
