OK .. I find the problem with 62/udp ..
It was the icp on port 62/udp ..
But in my squid.conf icp_port section look like this:
icp_port xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:3130 ..
With this above set up squid's icp is binding on port 62/udp .. and I
think this is not normal .. But if a coment the section with icp ..
everything works fine .. icp is binding on port 3130/udp .. and port
62/udp is close ..
I don't know wht this heapens .. but it's not OK ..
