This is not the job of Squid, but can be done by running other 
software on the same server in parallell to Squid.

Available techniques:

a) Masquerade/NAT

b) Use of a telnet proxy (search freshmeat, there should be several)

c) Use of a SOCKS proxy and SOCKS clients installed on the client 
computers. (see dante for a good SOCKS server)
