Like you have done already. There was no lines in your access.log which should have been blocked by your access rules as far as I could see. Your access rules blocks www.yahoo.com, but there was only accesses to other yahoo servers. If your intention is to block access to all yahoo services then use .yahoo.com, not www.yahoo.com.
