Actually, the problem came from the helper ncsa_auth so there were very
few error messages in cache.log.
ncsa_auth processes failed because of missing access rights for squid user
on my passwd file.
Now, everything is okay.

Then investigate why. Most likely there is an error in cache.log telling
why the helper is unhappy with it's life.
