Because I am about to push students on our campus to use our proxy server, I was curious what everyones experiences were with using the squid proxy server with P2P apps (such as Limwire, Kazaa, etc.)
We are planning on using the proxy server for transparent caching on port 80. Any experiences, recommendations, etc.? BTW- We are running Squid on Redhat 7.3 on a dual cpu system with over 100GB Ultra3 storage. Nicholas
